I was interested in working from home and CT Solutions offered a medical training course online with employment to follow as well as a promise of tuition reimbursement if you remained employed by them for 90 consecutive days.

I requested references and was told that since the medical billing course was a new one, the only reference I could be given was one woman who trained in payroll. I was given her email address and sent her an email. I never received a response. Later, while exploring the website, I saw there was a testimonial from this person, Tina Randall, whom I'm now not sure even exists.

I went through the process of registering as a student, signing their disclaimer form which spelled out what they offered and giving my credit card information to pay the tuition. I was told I would be receiving course materials either through the mail or a link from which to download. I never received these materials.... in fact, I was told that I would not need them until the 3rd class and the materials were backordered. There was hope that these materials would be out to the students in time for the 3rd class.

My sister in-law and I registered for the class together so I was readily able to see the inconsistencies. She received an invitation to an online class which I never got. After repeated calls to the company with no return calls or the slightest satisfaction, I contacted my credit card company to learn that my card had never been charged.

Since my sister in-law was invited to an online session, I wanted to sit in to see how it worked. The class NEVER took place. Neither did the next class she was invited to nor the session I was eventually invited to. Neither of us ever received the promised class materials.

When I was able to contact someone within CT Solutions, their answers sounded genuine but information from one representative to another was vague and inconsistent.

I was fortunate that my payment was never taken but my sister in-law was charged the $249 tuition. Now, after receiving an email apologizing for all the inconveniences and promising they would clean up their organization, hire more trainers, and restart classes in 2 weeks, their phone numbers have been "temporarily suspended" and the company website is down. More than 2 weeks has passed since that email was sent Oct. 16th.

Additionally, I was told by one of the company trainers that she had not been paid for any of the sessions she had taught thus far.
