CU Factory Built Lending SACU Misleading Liars San Antonio, Texas

Lending Agent called me and said they could finance the mobile home for me. He even said he would be at the mobile home sales lot the next morning and would have my salesman call me so I could come in. He did show up to the lot, but I wasn't contacted.

I called the dealership and they informed me that he had been there and talked to the head sales rep. My sales rep was off that day but came in to send in my paperwork and application so they could send my approval letter.

We waited that entire day for the approval letter to be sent, then my sales rep called them the next day to be told that they couldn't approve me. They didn't give him a reason why.

I called the lending agent myself and he claimed to have never received my application, then he said he deleted it from his laptop.
