This company is a complete ripoff. First they take much longer to send your order than they state. Second they refuse that they could be wrong about anything. Third they give you a return number and then refuse your return because you did not follow some directions that were apparently invisible since they were not printed on my receipt.
They sent me the wrong ring and then refused to accept the possibility that they could have done so. How ridiculousa is that?
Do NOT do business with this company unless you like throwing money away.
