This company will rip you off!!!  I purchased a ring from them several years ago.  First the ring was nothing like I ordered.  I attempted to return within the specified time, but they refused to accept the package and then stated they would not return my money as they didn't receive the returned merchandise within the return policy. 

I left several email messages and messages on their customer service line with no response.  I attempted to sell the ring to a gold buyer as I was under the assumption that it was 14k gold.  At least that is what I paid for and what they advertised.  It was not 14k gold jewelry, despite the stamp 14k on the shank of the ring.  It is nothing more than gold plated jewelry.
