Cupid.com and their affilate websites operated by DatingBiz, Inc offer a free 3 day trial that they lead you to believe that you can cancel by logging into your account and canceling the automatic billing. You not only have to do this but you have to also call them and give them your user ID number which is a 11 digit number that is not your username. The problem is that their phone system is such that they can't hear you when you say "I want to cancel my three day trial". To which the cupid.com rep says "Hellooooo can you hear me..."yes I can hear you fine., can you hear me?" Cupid customer service rep:
Helloooo...we are having a lot of static. 

You will also find that if you create a profile for free that you will immediately start getting winks waves nudges and virtual massages, or  messages rather, from super models from your home town of Podunk, Idaho population 13. Of course in order to view the messages you have to sign up for the 3 day free trial. You will also get messages saying how popular you are because of all the hot babes viewing your profile and winking and waving at you even if you don't have a picture uploaded. Once you make the mistake of signing  up for the 3 day trial., you will notice that the volume of messages, winks and waves drops significantly and all you are left with is messages from other less attractive women  who weren't able to cancel their membership before their 3 day trial ended.T
The bottom line is they make it really hard to cancel after the 3 day trial and they auto bill you $39.99 a month if you don't jump through all their hoops. To me that makes this dating service a total  ripoff.
