I ordered my Wife's Christmas presents that she had found on PINTEREST from the site CUPSHE the first of December.  Around the 20th I realized I still had never received a confirmation email with tracking information from CUPSHE.  It was at that time I contacted CUPSHE via their online chat on their website and was given one of the tracking numbers.  When I entered the tracking number in USPS it indicated the last activity as December 5th when it was in the warehouse in China.  

I contacted customer service again and tried to ascertain where my packages were and the expected delivery date.  Customer service could not give me either piece of information stating it was in the warehouse and they are unable to track the item.  

A few days later I decided enough if enough and emailed CUPSHE to cancel the order since it was still in their warehouse.  The reply I received is below. Reading through the broken english it is pretty clear "Alice" is more than likely not in the US and has no idea how to track their order.

Couple this  the dismal reviews of product quality and timeline to ship and I will never be placing an order with CUPSHE.com in the future.

Email received in reference to cancelling the order:

Thank you contacting us. Sorry for your long waiting again.

I am extremely sorry to say that we can not cancel the item during shipment.Our company has two factories ---China and USA. the package that you bought is made in China and shipped from China.
It is hard for us to find your order among so many package by oversea.

If you do not want the item any more, pls do not sign  in  the package when it arrived in USA.You can call try to contact 18002221811 or 8002758777, it's the phone number of USPS and inform them that you reject the order.   Then the package will be return to us. We will refund you the total money after we receive it. It may need 6-10 days.

Sorry again for your waiting. Your kind understand and patient waiting will be highly appreciated.
