Curing Capital Michael Dion Unregistered Securities Offerings Norcross, Georgia

On June 4, 2012 the Pennsylvania Securities Commission issued a Summary Order to Cease and Desist against Atlanta based Curing Capital, Inc. and Michael Dion, the company's CEO with a website: www.curingcapital.com.

Earlier this year one or more complaints were filed which stated that Curing is an "Investment Capital" and "Venture Capital" company which "represents" a number of "private companies".

Subsequent to this Cease and Desist by the Pennsylvania Securities Commission, I have personally received numerous "stock offering" solicitations and "Investment Opportunity Alerts" from Michael Dion and Curing Capital.
