I hired this company to quote me and repair my roof on Nov 17th. I gave Cory which is the owner, and didnt tell me this a posted dated check for half of the funds in order for them to set up an appointment. He never mentioned that he would take the money first which was the week of Thanksgiving that he told me they weren't doing any work. I didnt put the cash in the account for safety reasons, and I was contacted by my bank stating I he tried to cash the check the week of Thanksgiving. I contacted the business Nov 24th to confront them, and Cecila whom set this all up called me back on the 27th. She stated they had to have the cash in order to set up the appointment for Fri Dec 1, or that following Monday Nov Dec 4th. So, I told her to go ahead and cash the check. I waited until Mon Dec 4th to call back for my appointment, and sent a email. She return my call only on Nov 28th to tell me they were canceling the repairs for whatever reason that had nothing to do with me, and I would get my money back that Fri Dec 8th. I asked her to send me proof of this cancellation by email asap, and she said that she would. I waited until Fri Dec 8th, and didnt receive a call, email nor my monies. I called, and emailed and they ignore me til this day Jan 2nd.

On Dec 21st my friend called to setup an appointment so I could get him on camera to ask about my monies, and Ceclia responded Dec 22nd to set it up for the next day Dec 23rd. Dec 23rd came, Cory arrived late and didn't even know whom I was. He lied on the camera stating he sent my monies. He jumped in his truck almost hitting my friend with it taking off. Its Jan 2nd and I still haven't receive my monies and they still ignoring my contacts. I went to their office and the neighbors says they are rarely there.
