You come on this website with all your aliases and it easy to see right through you. I've posted numerous documents showing everything you say or claim is a lie. You cheat people. That's what your income has been derived from in the past. Curtis Brown now has no income because no one will do business with him when they read The Rip Off Report.

Curtis Brown just lost a credit card dispute he claimed he re-opened. I post documents clearly showing he lied. Curtis Brown now owes PayPal $5,000.00 for losing the credit card dispute which he doesn't have the money to pay.

Curtis Brown stole $5,000.00 from Cassandra O'Donnell. Curtis Brown claims Cassandra O'Donnell is not Curtis Brown's client and that Curtis Brown has nothing to do with Cassandra losing her $5,000.00.

I post Cassandra O'Donnell's bank statement showing $5,000.00 was bank wired to Curtis Brown of Tycoon Group, LLC and Curtis Brown gives no explanation of why he kept Cassandra O'Donnell's $5,000.00. Especially if Cassandra was not Curtis Brown's false claim that Cassandra was not his client.

Curtis Brown did the same thing to Bill Yeager and stole $5,000.00 from Mr. Yeager. Curtis Brown attempted the same thing with me. I sent $5,000.00 to Curtis Brown through PayPal using my credit card for a $500,000.00 loan Curtis Brown said he could do. The loan was a scam to get me to send money. Curtis Brown got caught lost the PayPal credit card dispute and now owes PayPal $5,000.00 which is money he doesn't have.

I cheated on my ex-wife ? LOL, LOL, LOL. My business was broke ? Really........ well my business just obtained a $500,000.00 loan and were also just offered a 1.4 million dollar line of credit with a major bank. The banks don't do loans like that if the business is poorly run or is broke. If that were the case there Curtis, why did you take Custom ChopperWerks, Inc. on as a client for a $500,000.00 loan ?

As far as your BBB report, it was rated NR with an alert. Curtis Brown called the BBB and told them he was no longer doing financial advising and only doing real estate which is a lie. So what else is new, Curtis ? Everyone saw the NR rating. However, there are pending complaints against Tycoon Group, LLC so that rating temporary and will go down the toilet where it belongs, Curtis.

Curtis has asked me not to write, but I'm not going to just stand by and let you have your say that easy.  First, he doesn't drink beer.  Now THAT was funny!!! Second you haven't quite made it into the END ZONE cowboy.  You started celebrating to early, while Curtis is right on your heels.  I little birdie tells me Paypal's attorneys will be turning on you in short order.  They won't there money you stole and Curtis ain't paying your bill.  It seems you actually breached the service contract and now you got other troubles brewing.

Third, there may be a little surprise personally for you this weekend, so check google under Custom Chopperwerks.  I hear a rumor that something is happening.

Fourth, I heard you cheated on your Ex-wife.  Wow, how many of the 10 commandments have you done!!!!  There's basically 1) adultery, 2) bearing false witness, i.e. lying, 3) stealing.  I'm trying to talk Curtis into posting everything about you, so that you can crawl back under that rock from whence you came.  Yeah, I like how you don't post all three pages of your Agreement.  You don't want to show page one, because it clearly shows Curtis does not guarantee you funding.  You said Curtis made you promises and guarantees - yet he's been in the industry for years without a problem until you snaked along and charmed him with your BS.  Then when another investor asked to see your financials and saw how broke you were and poor mishandling of your money the deal fell through. 

Fifth, you race to put up Paypals notice because you know it's about to change.  You know Curtis will make you pay.  I wouldn't want to be in your shoes.  I've said all along your like Wild E Cayote - constantly setting traps, thinking you're a genius but getting hammered and literally killing yourself in the process.

A. Attached to this rebuttal is Exhibit "T" (2 pages). Exhibit "T' is direct from PayPal Resolutions Dept.. It has today's date (02/28/13 see that ?) in the upper right hand corner. Page 2 of Exhibit "T" has the same date in the same location. Now what these documents make very clear is OUR CREDIT CARD DISPUTE CASE IS CLOSED. I've highlight the relevant parts like your name and the fact I won because you couldn't present any evidence to counter my claim against you. See that ? You claimed in several posts 10 days ago you had the case re-opened. Remember that ? See that's what living in a fantasy world will do to you.

B. We both know there is no credit card fraud. If that were the case you would have won the dispute.

C. The case is closed permanently NOT temporarily. The credit card company credited my bank account $5,000.00. That means CASE CLOSED and they don't re-open them. However, if you want to continue to dream............. knock yourself out.

D. Custis Brown now owes PayPal $5,000.00 which he can't pay because Curtis Brown doesn't have the money. PayPal will now come after Curtis Brown legally for the $5,000.00. Curtis read your contract when you opened up your account with PayPal. PayPal is located in California with ebay. That should be fun to watch.

D. Attached is Exhibit "I" which I have posted previously. Exhibit "I" is the contract Curtis Brown authored and Curtis Brown and myself signed. It clearly states the State of Florida has jurisdiction in any dispute that would arise between, Curtis Brown, Tycoon Group, LLC, Robert Rowe and Custom ChopperWerks, Inc.. Curtis Brown even emailed me stating he wouldn't come to Florida to litigate because it cost to much money. Money Curtis Brown doesn't have. Especially when Curtis Brown no longer has an income. So Curtis............ why don't get out of that fantasy world you are in before you lose it altogether. I know living out of your car is not comfortable, but you've got to get a grip.

E. There is no lawsuit filed by Curtis Brown here in Florida. Yes, I would like that as you did commit defamation when you posted lies about me being arrested when you knew what you stated was false. Cassandra O'Donnell another person who's money you stole would like that too.

F. Proper service in a lawsuit is made by a certified process server, or law enforcement officer. Certified U.S. Mail doesn't count. Telephone the outfit you purchased that Benny Hill Home Study Do It Yourself Lawyer Program and see if you can get your money back.

When we are finished, you'll think the best thing that could have happened was that Paypal had the information needed prior.  Unfortunately or fortunately, Comerica Bank did not have those traced checks linking you to Wells Fargo and I could not produce it during the first go round.  The fact is, Paypal now knows you did wrong, and the process has gone back to your credit card company for their review in light of the new information that was not at hand before.  Cassandra must think you're Robin Hood!

Regardless of the outcome with your credit card company, you committed the act for which you're looking at up to 10 years in federal prison.  I'm not stopping into your in federal prison for all this crap you started, based on a lie that you were ripped off.  Son, you picked the wrong guy.  Your prank or joke or whatever you want to call it went too far and with the wrong person.  I'm just getting started.

True Robert Rowe of Custom Choppwerks temporarily faked out Paypal and his credit card company, but new evidence just surfaced in the trace of checks received  by Robert Rowe making his entire ploy, a scam in itself.  Tycoon Group and Curtis Brown have been cleared.  And so Robert Rowe having not received the news to date, commits a felony for credit card fraud and I understand may soon be on his way to federal prison.
