Curtis Krecklow damage to residential tenancy Ocean Shores Washington

Mr. Curtis Krecklow has moved from the Ocean Shores address (May 2009) bound for Arizona. He left extensive property damage: e.g., six interior doors have to be replaced due to holes punched through them, a sink facet internal part broken off, missing items, such as massage shower head, two-step stool, toilet plunger and auger, washing machine and dryer bashed and broken controls, and extensive damage to woodwork on the premises.

The place was so dirty it will take many days to clean. How can people live and act this way? Damages will exceed the damage deposit. Suggest any landlord be careful to require an adequate security deposit. It seems far too many features on the premises were left in a broken state. Even the sink stopper assemblies in the bathrooms were taken. The damage left behind raises serious questions.
