Curtis Properties Inc, way better than what I expected! I always look at rip-off report when moving to a new place because it has been useful in the past. I took a chance on this company though there were a couple reports about them (far fewer than most I've seen on some prop mgmt companies).  I just vacated my ocean view unit after a year with exceptional service!!

I did have a pet and therefore occurred some charges from my deposit upon departure. There were some maintenance needs that came up during that year and one of the several people in their office was always available to answer my concerns even when the supervisor, Mandy Medina, was unavailable.

All and all my experience was good, and the rip-off was the rip-off reports that i read before my moving in. Had I not done thorough research and took a chance on this unit, I would have not lived in a gorgeous unit and been stuck with something else.

The other reports, seem to be angry tenants who themselves should have taken measures to make their experience a positive one. I wish the prospective tenants luck and urge them to make educated decisions on their rental decisions.
