Curtis Properties continues to disappoint as a property management firm. Their representatives do not respond to calls in a timely manner, promise to deal with problem neighbors but then do not follow up on those complaints (often times not taking them seriously), overcharge for rent, deduct unreasonable amounts from security deposit, fail to recognize longevity in tenants, do not make any considerations for those long term tenants, disrespect tenants, and basically fail miserably as a management company. DO NOT rent any property managed by them.
