Curtis Timsah with Squeaky Clean House Owes two weeks back pay for house cleaning service. Edmond Oklahoma

Worked for this small company I found on Craigslist for a few months. The whole experience was a bit uncomfortable because there was no training, nothing was discussed as far as the job goes, and I had never met the manager before I started cleaning random people's houses. I was left to figure it out for myself basically. Found that to be unprofessional but it was a check so whatever. It goes ok for a little while, few red flags I probably should've paid attention then but nothing serious until he just stops paying. I'm asking him over and over about it, first he lies about sending it. Then wants to try and meet up to talk about it twice when he could've just mailed it. I didn't trust him so I turned that down, he's been lying and wouldn't mail it for some reason. Finally we agree on a time and right when I'm supposed to get my money, he says he doesn't have it and can we meet later. I thought that was weird because he tried to meet up before when he supposedly had it. Now he's just avoiding calls and texts about it. I have never worked under anyone like this in my life, but I learned my lesson when it comes to working privately and to watch out for shady businesses like squeaky clean house. I'm hoping the claim I submitted is a quick process.
