Received and email from William Leonard at Curve Essential Loans stating I was approved for a personal loan for $5000. All I needed to do was submit copy of my drivers license, bank information and pay stubs. I asked to see loan terms before I submitted anything. In the meantime I started researching this company. The address listed on the website is that of the Bank of America in Bridgeport, CT. I tried calling the phone numbers, it rang and then started beeping. One of the numbers said the Text subscriber you’re calling is not available. Clearly this is a scam. I responded to the email stating the this was a scam and I was reporting them.

A month later I received another email from William Leonard. This time on his email the company address is 701 Wilshire Ave, Los Angeles CA 90017. I called the 844 number and got the same beeping noise. I called the number on his email 213-246-4146 and got a voice mail. The voice is of a man with a very very strong accent trying to speak English. Unprofessional speaking. This is not a loan company. It is a scammer trying to steal peoples bank account info and personal information. The IP address says it is from Wayne, Pennsylvania 19087. Beware of this company and this person.
