On October 15, 2006 I ordered the cuSell IPS script from one Mr. Kirby Manuel.

The total cost was in excess of $1,000.00 inclusive of several of the add-ons and some design work.

Mr Kirby Manuel, promised to complete the work within 1 week!

I had not dealt with this person before and because he seemed to be very responsive to my technical, and functional questions, I took the chance on transferring him the money for the order of the aforementioned.

Mr, Kirby Manuel confirmed receipt of the payment and assured me that the work we had contracted was simple, and easy for him and that there would be no delays.

I have sent Mr. Kirby Manuel numerous emails, but as he has been paid in full, he refuses to respond.

Since he has breached our contract for work ( we have all emails documenting the chain of events ), and has failed to respond to our various attempts at communication, we have now engaged our lawyers to pursue the matter.

We have also made his ISPs, and hosting providers aware of his fraudulent activities and they continue to provide him service.

This is an excellent development for any of us victims of his fraud as if sued, the ISP/Host can now also be joined in the litigation and be made to offer some form of relif to victims, as the law does nto protect them once they are aware of the fraud ( we have documented proof of advising them of the fraud and their failure to act, thereby making them complicit and liable for tort)

Any other victims, wishing to join us in our pursuit of relief should contact us as there is strength in numbers, and if a pattern of fraudulent activity can be established, we can both recover funds either from Mr. Kirby or from the ISP, along with pursuing some form of criminal complaint, with potential incarceration for this criminal.
