Cusell - Paypal Clone - Kirby Manuel ripoff - not answering emails, ignoring customers Philippines Internet

We bought the Cusell software back in May 2006. Before we bought we obviuosly had questions regarding the software and Kirby Manuel was extremely helpful - always coming back to us within a short space of time etc etc. We have a site where we wanted the software to be integrated into. Before purchasing we asked if this was possible and were told yes.

We paid for the software and thats initially when things started to go downhill. Any emails we sent were not answered, only after persuing a claimback via our credit card company did Kirby respond to us. We did not follow through with the claimback as kirby's excuses were that communication was difficult from the Philippines and we believed him. A few communications of ours got replies, always that he hadn't previously received emails etc BUT the one thing we needed most was the integration, we paid a trusted software coder nearly ?300 to do the integration for us but were told by him that he needed some documents regarding the CUSWELL software in order to do it.

We contacted Kirby asking for these documents and since June - its now mid October- we have had many excuses as to why he can't send them or simply no replies at all.
I have read that there was a storm recently in the Philippines as was prepared to believe that communication would have been difficult but I sent a general sales enquiry to CUSELL yesterday through another IP and email address at around the same time as sending another communication from our normal addresses and Lo and behold, the general sales enquiry was answered in record time and our regular email was ignored.

I believe Kirby is ignoring customers once he has their money and promising things he cannot deliver. He either cannot do the job - in which case he should admit this- OR he is a con man, selling on someone elses script.
I will continue to update this report as I will continue to attempt contact with Kirby Manuel as my site needs these implementation instructions.
