Custom Built Professional Training Stay away from custom Built Professional Training, worst mistake I ever made. Atlanta Georgia

I signed up with this company on auguat 23,2013. They took the 1st month payment that night which was fine. We were suppose to have our 1st training session on aug 27,2013 at 5am. And when we signed up we asked the guy if that time was going to be an issue and he stated no, but know that if the trainer is there and you don't show then he will be highly upset. Well we showed but no trainer. Next session was suppose to be aug 29 again at 5am. Yet again no trainer. So that's 2 of the 8 sessions I already paid for. Next was suppose to be sept 3 at 5am we had a new trainer show did the assessment which we did that on the 23rd of aug so no training session. Next appointment was suppose to be sept 5 and you guessed it no trainer. Next session was on the 10th of sept. New trainer went through the assessment test again with no training. What should have been session 6 no trainer showed. I didn't get a copy of my contract until I called corporate on sept 13 and she ailed it to me. She stated that in order to cancel my contract with them I would have to pay a 250.00 early termination fee. Forget about the 329.00 I already paid for 8 training sessions. So my husband calls and calls with no call back. We finally get 1 after about a week and they said oh well we will credit you the 8 sessions(which keep in mind I have already paid for) and that he would give us 4 more sessions at no charge. My issue with that is they have breached the contract by not showing up. They tell you to call customer service which I did never received a phone call back like I was told. I just want to cancel and get the money back that I already paid in. I filed a complaint with the bbb in Atalanta and the company teploed with our senior account manager offered to give them free sessions. they cant even show up on paid sessions what is suppose to make me believe they will show up on free sessions.
