Motorcyclists Beware of Custom Concept Chrome or Canadian Classsic Custom Concept located in Orillia, ON. Canada. This company operated by David Small charged $40.00 + taxes for 16oz of Mandarin Orange on Jan. 6, 2008 which was to be picked up. After 2 weeks I called and was told that the paint was shipped and would be there in a few days, so set up and appointment for the Sat. as I wanted to get some other products. After a week The paint never arrived so I called for the next 3 weeks, but never got and answer nor did he answer any of my voice messages or emails. On the 4 week I got a hold of Mr. Small he gave me an excuse about a new phone system had lost all his voice messages and said that my paint was sitting on his desk and banged a can on his desk as proof. (what happened to it being shipped) I wanted to go up on Sat Feb 18, but he said that he could not be there and said that the 23 was better so I set a date with him again, but once again, he was not there again.

So far all I have received from Mr. Small was excuses.
I am a member of a motercycle club here in the Toronto area and have been at the Superbike Show since 1999 and will be letting Dave Barr know about this low life, so that no other rider will have to deal with this person.

I'm now having to resort to calling the OPP (Ontario Provincial Police) and file charges.

My advise to anyone thinking of using the services of CUSTOM CONCEPT CHROME or Canadian Classsic Custom Concept is to go elsewhere unless you feel like losing your money.
