Custom Sounds Will NOT replace or fix defective custom wheels Austin Texas

I purchase a set of custome wheels for my boyfriend's Tahoe at Custom Sounds and after a couple of months, one part on two of the wheels was loose and we took it back to get fixed and they told us that the wheels can run with out the part,in fact they remove the rest of the parts on the other two wheels.

We came back a second time because we didn't like the way they looked with out the parts they took off, and they told us if we needed to get them replace we needed to call the company directly and they didn;t have the information, we had to look it up in the internet or phone book.

We report them to BBB (Better Bussines Burreau) and they couln't do anything about it. (it was a lost of about $4,000.00)
