Custom Teleconnect Transaction Networks Inc. Rip Off Collect Call Jacksonville, Florida

We received a bill from Custom Teleconnect for a 3 min collect call made from a phone located approx 7 miles from our house for the whopping amt of $19.35. When accepting this call there is no notification of the cost of the call prior to accepting it. What a rip off. In further investigating this company I've found that the actual company sending the bill is Transaction Networks Inc, who have a C- rating with the BBB. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the FCC. This is an exorbitant amount to pay for a 3 minute collect call. I refuse to pay it. I called the number on the bill (1-800-349-1923) and told them they can shove their bill up their @$$. I will pay the $2.00 or $3.00 that the bill should have been but not their extortionist rate...They can sue me. So tired of companies like this ripping off innocent people...
