Beware of Custom Trim & Cabinets LLC in Columbus Ohio. Wayne Harvey is not professional. He kept "forgetting" to bring his referrals with him to show me. He does not return calls or emails. He does not show up when scheduled. He does not complete jobs in the time frame given and he does shoddy work. After hiring him to do our small kitchen, my husband and I wish we would have spent a little more at a larger company. Wayne is rude and difficult to work with. He has hung up on me, and refuses to finish our kitchen that he started over a year ago. He has been the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor and wouldn't recommend him to ANYONE!
