Custom Window Systems Poor quality, poor manufacturing, limited support Ocala, Florida

As a private contractor I contacted my supplier to purchase Vinyl Pane windows manufactured by Custom Window Systems for a customer, after taking the measurements I forwarded them to my supplier who contacted Custom Windows Systems to place the order, One week later they were delivered with no problems, installation went smoothly.

The next week I ordered another set of windows for another customer,  following the same process the windows were delivered the next week , however, one of the windows was manufactured 1/2 inch to wide, after contacting the supplier they contacted Custom Window Systems and had another unit ship out with the correct measurements, upon arriving at the supplier I was called and told the window was still to long, I agreed to try to make it work, upon attempting to install It was discovered that it would be necessary to move the corner column 3/8 of an inch it was also noted the height could be made taller by 1/2 inch. 

After contacting the supplier he called Custom Window Systems and they told him I should bang the corners of the window frames to make them fit that they would not send another replacement (even though they made it incorrectly a second time) unless I paid for a third window. Since the customer has been with out the windows now for three weeks It became necessary to find a solution to the problem. I agreed to take the incorrectly manufactured  window back and make it fit, I can assure you we will not be banging the corners in with a hammer as suggested by customer service people at Custom Window Systems.

In closing let me inform Custom Window Systems that I have stopped selling your product and will be cancelling the 6 new orders I have customers waiting for and I will be taking my business to a company that can manufacture their product correctly the first time and offer a policy where mistakes made by the manufacturer will be quickly addressed and resolved in a professional way, Not like the policy used by Custom Window Systems.. If you are a small contractor think twice about purchases from Custom Window Systems, they can quickly destroy your reputation.
