I ordered a research essay to assist in my studies. I ordered it from custom-writing.org to have it finished in two weeks. The essay was stillnot complete in 14 days so I cancelled. The writer alleged that she/he tried to contact me and had problems with the assignment. I gave her the books to use from and the questions.
I got sick of the waiting so I cancelled and was told I would receive a refund. I was assured that I would receive a refund. When I checked my account-I saw only 40 dollars.??
I contacted them many times and they harshly told me that because I cancelled and that the writer has already commenced the work-tough luck you only get 40 dollars.
It must be understood that I received no paper and have never seen the paper. So on that basis I can be told anything and expected to believe them.
I have also contacted 2checkout.com. The gentleman by the name of R Saunders has told me he has seen the partial paper.
In the end I did the whole paper mysef from scratch and did it in three days plus a day and a half for editing. If that is a professional writer why did it take her so long. The writer could have jsut completed it and asked me if I like it-but no that was not done.
I do not feel I should have to pay for the writers incomptence.

You should have reviewed their Terms and Conditions it is all clearly written down there. When I placed the order with the service, I read all of the info and spent half an hour chatting. Later on I had no problems with the order, but if I did I knew where to turn to. Their rules are reasonable, given the nature of the market...so I guess you got unlucky.
