I have received multiple phone calls in the last few weeks from this company claiming to be a law firm.
It is a foreign accented individual who says his name is Steven Smith. They know my social security
number and my address. I have told him that I do not have a payday loan with anyone and even if I did, I would not conduct any business over the phone without something in writing. He then proceeded to tell me that I had to come to Texas to take care of this matter because it had already been turned over to the courts. I live in Indiana! I got 5 phone calls from him today, which I did not answer. The first call was at 6:42 A.M. this morning and the second one was at 7:22 A.M. I called him back this afternoon and told him he had better not call me again and I also told him that I reported
him and the company to the FBI fraud division and to the state and local police(which I really did do).
Something needs to be done about this.
