I ordered 2 Celebrity stylers from a TV advertisement on 5/31/15 and as of today, 10/20/15, I still have not received the product. They have not yet charged me.

I have called customer service at ***-***-**** to get an update on my order status and they keep extending the ship date. I called last 2 weeks ago and was told that delivery would occur first week of October with an expected delivery date 2 or 3rd week of October.

I checked my order status on customerstatus.com and my order status still was "New order received". Customer service says manufacturer has been backordered but they keep moving the date of expected delivery out every time I call. THis has been going on for 4 1/2 months.

There has been no recent correspondence from the company to explain the problems. Please help me find out what is going on
