We ordered product Aug 12, 2009 for a customer PS3 controller, they debited bank account for $153.92 on Aug 13th.  Product was due to ship 4-6 weeks from purchase date.  we emailed, called, chat online, which they never have live chat or live customer service.  Response was product needed chip added and delayed.  We have not heard from them since Sept and the BBB has contacted them, but say case is closed now due to unresolved.

It's unresolved because I don't have a product, or a refund. I have requested either immediately!  I'm in need of anyone's help to make this happen.  We are out $153 and the company doesn't respond to any voice mail, or email or any letters. It's been 3 months and the competitors out there are selling this product and delivering immediately.

This is getting ridiculous that your can't get on your chat line, you can't get thru on the phone and your email can't seem to respond to my actual inquiry.   
 
PLEASE SEND A TRACKING NUMBER FOR THE PRODUCT since you claim it's been shipped.  The stickers were the ONLY item shipped and recieved on the 23rd. NOTHING ELSE.
