This so called company keeps taking money out of my account when I don't even owe money out to anybody. We are a very low income family and I can't afford to be ripped off like this every month. This has been going on for a few months already. Every time I put a stop payment on they change their name. They have never even so much as sent me a letter saying that I owe them money. What kind of bussiness do they have going? Not a very legit one. When they started taking money as Cutter I left a message stating that I was going to go to the police, so they changed to First Comerical, now their Mcrae arcand Foote.If this has happened to you I'd advise you to take action against them.

Cutter Collections was taken over by Mcrae Arcand Foote and Associates, they have never collected under "Cutter Collections". Mcrae Arcand Foote and Associates is a branch off of First Commercial. They have never switched names trust me. Also, Mandy has a very vaild point.
It is the consumers responsibility to keep track of recipts {especially for large or even small amounts of money that have been paid off}. All you have to do is show the proff that it was paid and Mcrae Arcand Foote and Associates would be more then happy to refund your money. It happens to the best of us though, I probably would have to do some diggn' for my old recipts too! I said it once and i will say it again "We operate in good faith" , please believe me when i say "Mcrae Arcand Foote and Associates are definitley not out to get you" We are normal people just like you and we are just doing our jobs.
