Cutter Recovery Service ripoff Edmonton Alberta Canada

Cutter Recovery Service is a bunch of lying ripoffs.

They withdrew 212.00 from our bank account on a cheque that was paid I hadn't even been there for 3 months when it happened. I contacted Insta Loans at first they said it wasn't them as it was paid, when I called back with the name Cutter Recovery Service they said oh my god! That's our collection dept. she attempted to have them contact me to no avail. I was then given the number, I was greeted by a rude lady who told me that I deserved this, as I was the fraudulant one as postdated cheques were illegal. She told me they would not give me back the 35 dollar NSF charge (thank god I had no money in my account) I then went to my bank and complained, they said I could not claim fraud as it was authorized (?? really I don't remember ever signing that authorization ever!!) They did give me back my NSF fee.

I was transferred to a supervisor who was even ruder than the first employee who actually hung up on me. This company is horrible, they prey on the low income in the first place with this high interest loan, then after you pay it they still take it from you and its like pulling teeth to get it back. Like I said before good thing my bank account was empty or I may have a worse story!
