Chase Murphy, Charlie Murphy, Chuck Murphy is one of the best smooth talking conn men that I have ever known.  He has scammed not telling how many hard working and trusting Americans out of their hard - earned money.  He promises to deliver equipment that will be used to clean retention ponds and other contaminated areas across the U.S.  He sells individual distributorships to multiple people.  He contacted me originally to obtain financing for one of his victims for $50k for the total cost of the equipment that he is selling.  He uses high pressure tactics -- he claims that his deadline to make the deadline that he promised his customer (wal-mart, target, home depot, lowes) to take care of  a serious environmental water problem in the area that the client lives in.  I started getting suspicious when he applied the pressure.  THen he starting just moving one client to another job, etc.  He never ran out of available jobs.  Then he starts making mistakes, he started promising the same job to multiple clients, etc.   Now that I have researched him and his opportunity, I have sadly found that he is a total fake, fraud, phony.  He has scammed many clients out of their money and always has a big group of potential victims.  I personally have worked with 4 or 5 of his victims.   I am determined to make sure that he has a much harder time stealing from good people in the future.

I hope that his report can save someone from falling prey to this mans cunning deeds.  His daughter Sara Murphy is also a principal of his company and involved in many of his dealings.  Please do not send him a dime.  I am not an angry client and would not misrepresent the truth.  He forwarded emails from a big job in Nanticoke PA and when we followed up on it, the lady in the email had not worked there since 2012.  Why would she still have  a .gov email address if she were no longer employed there?  His whole conn relies around the pressure associated to the fundng and him being concerned about meeting the needs of his client (walmart).  If he had a connection with WalMart, Lowes, etc he would never have issues financing anything.  He would be in much better financial shape than it appears he is in.  He is super nice and very good at this conn.  If he indeed lives at the listed corporate address, he makes a decent living from conning others. I cannot believe the number of people that he has fooled into one of his many schemes and business opportunities.
