I paid for a full management package, I get the same as a primary management package, plus I spend much time to send emails and to make phone calls to get an update and retrieve Half of the services that I paid for.

This is how it works: Before you pay they will send you an email with your CV review feedback, which makes the service look professional, after that you pay them, keep in mind that only your money matter, for the rest you will have to make the things moving by yourself as they will not give you any update as they should do, such a poor service, basically their technic is to ignore your request. 

1. The CV rewriting first draft was made by Sue, after that, I have to send her an email to get the second version of my CV. To me my CV is not yet 100% rewrote correctly, she did not provide any advice regarding if I have to add a picture, LinkedIn link to my profile or other, some grammatical mistake was in my resume. 

2. My LinkedIn profile rewrites experience; Sue sent me only one draft of it, all fields are a suggestion, most of it is the CV field copied.

Since i posted my review on google, CVknowhow have called me straight from the UK to offer me a complete refund in exchange i will have to delete my reviews, i removed my review then they never send any money back, I repost now, such an honest and professional service.
