Aug 16, 2011, 6:46pm PDT -- received order to re-key a property but the order was very unclear about what was all needed, so I sent email to ask a few questions.

Aug 17, 2011, 10:20am PDT - received an email back. I returned email asking if they wanted cleaning done or just keying done. at 9:03am PDT -- note said I was supposed to get a phone call from another person. At 11:18am PDT I sent note back to my rep saying that I just can't wait around all day for a phone call - apparently this person went to lunch and I'm waiting around

1:00pm pdt - I'm still waiting! Then he says we're supposed to call into a service center while at the property to tell them the property condition

3:48pm PDT - My partner went to the property to be met by a very angry property manager who said we weren't doing any work - this is a historical property and all the door locks have to be the same.  So, he took a pix of the outside of the bldg. and I sent to CVMS as instructed.

August 22, 2011, 5:00pm PDT -- message back asking if I've spoken with the Property Rep about this situation

All this time spent on 1 order -- so I invoiced for a trip charge and a fee for my time

Sept. 19, 2011: I get this note saying that without a pix they won't pay me!

Sept 25 I responded back about what happened at the location and that I had submitted a pix of the front of the bldg. for proof that we were there

Oct. 13 -- I get an email asking me to call the office - this Rep said that the bosses won't pay unless we have a photo submitted -- I explained again that the pix was loaded and that the job was done I deleted the picture from my files.  He says that they weren't real receptive to pay for my time -- but would pay for a $50 trip fee so I agreed and re-submitted the invoice so I would take a hit on the work fee.

Nov 18 - I'm still waiting for payment.  The rep sends me back another email saying they still won't pay without a picture.  Well, enough is enough!   This is 4 months of work on this project and no pay.  I am not going to stoop to them and go out on my time again and take another picture.
