Nov 2009 received a telemarketing call telling me they had a buyer for my Timeshare in the Smoky Mountains and offered a price that was more than we paid for it ($17,276 + $3,300 for the 3 banked weeks, plus a$ 1,886 deposit for title search) . It sounded great so we gave our credit card number. We called constantly asking the status and always got a different answer.Finally in December we could not get through to a person just leave a message and of course no return call.

I have sent CVS a letter requesting our money back, of course no response.

As many people before us we got Ripped Off by his company and have filed with the Florida Attorney General and contacted an attorney in Florida.
