CVS Pharmacy Minute Medical Center Horrible Service from the Medical Staff Key Biscayne Florida

I’ve never been treated in a derogatory manner in my life and right in front of my kids and family.  I believe that the new model you guys have of having this minute medical centers is quite good, but unfortunately it will be a failure and complete counter productive when you staff it with medical professionals that do not treat people in the right manner and with the right attitude.  I’ve never ever had any issue in any of the CVS stores, Princeton NJ, Southampton NY and Key Biscayne FL.  Here is the complain I put forth in the CVS complaint department but I hope that this is taken with the serious character, as it can affect your business model going forward and erode your customer base if again you don’t staff this business with the right people.  I’ve been a loyal client of your company but for now will try to promote the Walgreens brand or any other competitor since I don’t appreciate this.  I raised my concern to the manager on duty (MOD) and he did nothing about it “Reynaldo” or something like that.  

Copy of the complaint I made to the CVS public website, "We made a visit to the Minutemedical center, i made an appointment for me and my kids to take the flu shote and my wife.  It was 5 of us total.   The computer said that it would take 60 minutes, so we went home and came back an hour later, then it said it was 20 minutes for our appointment.  Then came back 15 minutes later and it said there were 0 minutes wait for our turn.  Denise the medical attendant came out  5 minutes later and said that we had not registered, she couldnt see our name in her computer inside then i showed her how the computer outside showed us with 0 minutes to wait.  Then she said that i only signed up for myself, when in the coputer clearly indicated that we were 5 my wife and kids etc.  If i needed to input the info for each the computer system is not clear enough.  But the problem is that all this time this attendant Denise treated us with a denigrating attitude and in a way that what we’ve come to expect from the quality of service we’ve come to expect – CVS.”
