CWCO Won't Return Money and Didn't sent Order Ordered. This is believed to be the same Chis White who was operating in Alexandria, Virginia and is now operating in Dumfries Virginia. more needs to be done to stop these crooks from taking our money and running. All orders received in our office are processed and mailed within 48 hours of receipt.

Our offer states that you can post date your check for 30 days, not that we will not cash your check for 30 days.  The offer also states that the product must be returned within 30 days of shipment.  The product also must be in excellent, resaleable condition upon return to receive a refund.

Money orders are trackable - with a phone number or website on the stub - it is easy to track the date that the money order was processed for payment.  If it was never processed for payment, we did not receive it and therefore would not have your order to process.
