They know once you are on site you will take whatever they give. I bought material fir a jos a bank un Clearwater and they scheduled the job with the store, the manager never showed up and we waited 1 hour. I told CWI i have to charge for 2 men on site 2 hours, and they sent an email saying corporate cancelled the job and I have to eat the materials. Then they offered me more work to make up for the loss of $500 in material and labor. If anyone would like proof on this feel free to contact me.

They use 3 different companies, that is usally a sign, but i thought since they are in florida and not far from me , they will not rip me off. I was wrong, they sent me on a couple if jobs, told me to call from site for increases. Everytime i call they say they do not have that much on the ticket if we can make it up on the next job, this goes on for every job. They know you will take whatever they have because you are already on site and will not leave without making some money. They approve a job at Jos A Bank in clearwater, made me buy $500 in materials, we showed up on site and no one was there to let us in. We calked the store, they called the store no answer. After 1 hour they told us to leave and re schedule. I called them and saud i need to revise for additional $200 for 2 men on site at 7am. Several hours later they sent cancellation , saying corporate cancelled the job and i am stuck with $500 in materials. Frank got on the phone and said this always happens, i told him is does not i have been working with Maintenance companies for years and if they cancel you can bill for expenses. He then tried to offer me more work in my area to make up, i told him no, remove me from their systems. I will contact Jos A Bank corporate
