CWR Electronics is a Wholesaler/Distributor of Marine electronics such as Radios and GPS's, etc. I was starting a small business as a dealer of GPS's through CWR.
For a large electronics order I placed (which was on back-order for months) CWR accidentally charged me through the wrong account -- instead of my business credit card (on file), they charged my personal checking account... and this was immediately before Memorial Day weekend. Their error caused me several overdrafts and bank fees. When I contacted my CWR sales rep, I simply wanted them to make things right -- credit my personal checking account and charge my business card (the one they have on file) and if they could, I would like to have the overdraft fees they caused by their error covered as well. I got the runaround, and eventually was told "someone would call me soon", and an hour later a helpful-sounding young lady told be that she was working on a solution, and I would be called back within an hour with an answer.
A week later nothing had happened, so I called back. After being passed around from person to person I got the owner's wife, Maryann Barber. She was rude and took great objection to me saying that I "want" to have my over draft fees credited. For some reason she got all hung up on the words "I want".... she finally agreed to do everything (yea!), but I really had to suffer her verbal diarrhea to get her to do anything.
When I logged on to my account an hour later, I was locked out. I called back (again) only to be transferred to her (again), and she basically said that she and the owner closed my account -- that I wasn't worth the effort (...the effort for their mistake??!!!)
So that's that. No letters or anything. They screw up, and then they stab you in the back. If that's your preferred business model, give them a call an open a business account.
So here's the moral of the story: stay away from CWR electronics, and if you are already doing business with them, be sure to stay away from the wicked witch of the west -- she's got some real emotional problems.

I wanted to add that I am a quite person. I was extreemly patient and gentle when talking with this person. She, on the other hand was not. I was really upset that she would call me so rude, and then accuse me of saying things that I never said -- I mean, whay are you saying that ... I was there! I diddn't say those things. What a poor, unhappy lady.
