CWT VACATIONS Taken 3550$ for Airline Tickets and ran away New York New York

I came across this travelling agency 'CWT Vacations' (Also called as Consumer Wholesale Travel) on internet(sulekha.com) and I talked to Mina Sanghvi and Cesar on Dec-10-2003 to get 3 Airline Tickets from Tampa to Hyderabad (leaving on Jan182004 and Return on Feb172004). They promised me that they will send the tickets for 3550$. I sent the check on Dec-15-2003 and the check got cleared on Dec-15-2003. When I called on Dec-19-2003, She said they will be sending the tickets during Dec-22-2003 and Dec-26-2003. And thats it. No information from these people.

I found out from Internet that she is doing this since 1994.

Please suggest me what to do?
