Cyber Crime Response Agency
The 'Cyber Crime Response Agency' is the brainchild of American Schoolboy Matthew Thomas Baumgartner and revolves around a website full of 3rd party photographsdownloaded from the internet and various claims about providing predator detection, carrying out investigations and aT ssisting the Police. Unfortunately it is a sham and the agency is little more than teenage kids pretending to be detectives. They mostly sendout badly worded cease and desist e mails, have associates troll anyone reported to them in apassive aggressive manner hoping to elicit a response and if all else fails post meme style wanted posters. At any given time there seem to be 5 or 6 members, usually teenagers and none of them professionaly experienced.
It's founder, president and director of operations Matthew Thomas Baumgartner is currently on probation for impersonating a law enforcement officer. He misleads and misrepresents himself as a private first class in the reserves with 2 years service when he was in fact dismissed just 2 months into basic training for failing the fitness test. He was also dismissed from a post as a voluntary fire fighter. At the time of writing he still uses photos of himself in uniform as online profile pictures.
If you're considering using the services of the CCRA you may want to think twice as they could probably be of very little use and , because of their founder's criminal and legal problems, would be very little use presenting evidence on your behalf. If you need assistance speak to the police or a legal professional and not teenagers who learnt everything they knew off wikipaedia.
You needn't take my word for it, simply read about it in press reports based on the court proceedings.

Matthew Thomas Baumgartner was arrested and tried for impersonating a law enforcement officer and placed on an ARD (accellerated rehabilitative Disposition) Program and probation. Read about it here

The Cyber Crime Response Agency is not a 'sham' and anyone would be silly to believe such a thing, especially since our organization is an IRS registered 501c3 non-profit. Our organization assists victims of internet crime by finding evidence for their case, in order for them to take it to their law enforcement agency and receive assistance. As you know, some police departments will not help victims if there is no evidence or ID on who a suspect is. That is where we come in. Our organization has been in exsistance since 2010, all members of the agency are legal aged adults; most with some type of military/police training, and have put in hundreds of hours in cases reported to the agency. Our agency has received over 100 cases since 2010 and has not had any issues until an individual whose initials are C.B., was dealt with for harassing a victim, who reported to our agency. C.B. was upset that he was reported to his police department and plotted revenge against our agency, which is exactly why a ripoff report was made on our agency. Our agency is in good standing with most individuals and law enforcement agencies.

I believe that exposing your Ripoff Report on the worldwide web was a good idea. A Harvard Business Professor told his class of executives in late 2004 that exposure is a corporation's worst fear.
