I did not have internet on 7/21/11, but I found a report hidden in my hard drive from MyCleanPC.com. It states that it was uninstalling itself. That was a month or two before I deleted my operating system and put in a new one.
What I found may worry some, so this is not for the weak of heart.
The program apparently monitors your entire computer and sends the information out. (It's stated to have failed in the report since there wasn't internet.)
At the time, it tried to uninstall Windows (The operating system is a threat?!), but efforts proved futile.
It also tried scanning the computer to find a credit card number to charge for the program. The program made its PC Support button inactive/missing. I've never used the program or downloaded it, so I wouldn't know.
Please protect yourself and don't even try the free download.

Use Extreme Caution

If you read their 'Terms Of Service' you'll see where they can use any information they find on your system and turn it over to law enforcement. That's disturbing... very disturbing. Sounds like a real KGB type of operation.
