Cyber-Detective Inc consumer rip-off fraud Deland Florida

In April of this year I purchased cyber-detective on line,and gained access to run the program, given the password and pin numbers to then find a blank purple screen. I contacted Cyber-detective several times, they continued to give me new passwords and different pin numbers.

I became so frusterated that I ended up checking into a simular program with a different name on it, paid the price and found out that it too was cyber-detective and the process repeated itself.

Now I have two programs and can't get into either of them. They will no longer answer my e-mails, at all.
I am out $19.95 on the first program and $14.99 on the second program for cyber-detective 8.2 sold under two different headings and for two different prices.

I have not been able to contact them at any of their web addresses as they have given several. It states that they can not be found. I even demanded my money back and they do not answer.
