ABY A TECHNICION FROM INDIA PHONE: 866 378 1283 HOME OFFICE LOS ANGELES TEL: 866 793-0454 EXT 215, IF THEY KNOW YOU'RE COMPLAING THEY WON'T ANSWER THE PHONE ON CALL BACKS. THEY INTENTIONALLY DAMAGED MY SOFTWARE BECAUSE THEY WANTED ME TO PAY THEM AN EXTRA $100.00 FOR PHONE SUPPORT. WHEN I DIDN'T AGREE TO PURCHASE, THEY SENT ME TO ONE TECHNICIAN AFTER THE OTHER TO CORRECT WHAT THE OTHER ONE DID, HOWEVER AFTER SEVERAL Apologys & several technicians later. they decidid they can't help me without spending more $$$ they removed the cyberdefender & was told i would get a refund, but when i called back to say that my pc was brought back to original factory settings which was done by them. i had no virus protection which i did have before i switched over to them then i was told by their supervisor i won't be getting my refund because of the time they spent with me ( although ) it was because of them i had all the problems to begin with.
