3 orders at USD$80, 1 order at USD$48, and 1 order at USD$66 were made online between 14 Mar 2010 and 31 Mar 2010.
In other words, full payment had been made to the scammer Cyberhubonline.
Orders were for ghost-written articles to be delivered by email to me, i.e. this was an article writing service.
Till 15 Oct 2010, none of the articles have been delivered. Request for refund was also not complied with.
Have also stopped replying to my emails.
Purposely delayed delivery beyond the 45 post purchase day limit set by Paypal (payment processor) so that Paypal will no longer intervene.
Receipt information (at Paypal) indicated the following for Cyberhub online:

My conclusion: Cyberhub Online is an outright Scammer.
Hey, if you cannot fulfill the work, say so, provide the refund and we move on but keeping the full payment without fulfillment is just cheating and scamming.
