I purchased a Cybersonic Toothbrush on March 20, 2001. It became defective in August of 2001. After many attempts to contact them for an authorization number and address where to return it (as stated in their invoice). I finally was able to get a contact number on January 7, 2002. I returned it via UPS and to date have not heard from them. I have tried contacting them and the recording says "due to high volume during the Christams season for our product we are unable to answer your call". Christmas is over....
I tracked the package and from Jan. 8, 2001 when the package was shipped, it was finally delivered on Jan. 17, 2001. This was due to the fact that Cybersonic moved from 370 Amapola Ave. Suite 102, Torrance, CA 90501, to Gardenia-Tri-Cities, CA. I have no additional address.
I am following up with American Express and demanding a full refund.
