I have called many times to get my replacement toothbrush heads but they are too incompetent to send them. I have been billed for them, however. Apparently their billing department is light years ahead of their shipping department in terms of efficiency.

Each operator has told me my order will be expedited. At least they have the courtesy to wait until I hang up to laugh their asses off at me.
