Monique Murray Dept of CA Consumer Affairs got Cybersonic to replace my broken toothbrush. Her phone number is (916) 445-2643.
I live in Austin TX, and this problem got resolved in 6 weeks. I posted on the CA Online Consumer Affairs, and the Attorney Generals Office in CA, TX, and New Jersey. CA got them to replace my stuff quick. But Cybersonic never sent an apology or correspondence. Just a replacement brush and instructions to return the broke one.
