CyberStep Inc. Falsely representing "Free 2 Play" Tokyo Japan

CyberStep Inc. have been misleading customers by posing many of its games as "Free to Win" when they are in fact "Pay to Win". The company have relied on a mechanism called "Garapons" but otherwise more known as "Gashapons". Most of the content they release are "paid-premium only" and bestowed the biggest investors unjustified advantages over those that are not able to invest as much money; or any at all. It's front-line and managerial staff have also been causing problems by demonstrating no interest in complaints by completely ignoring support tickets that do not fall into categories that "doesn't interest them". Also, when they carry out updates, they very frequently use the term "back by popular demand" when there has been no proof of it and they spend no time whatsoever communicating with customers to get genuine feedback. More shockingly they do not have any "responsible gambling" mechanisms in place to prevent excessive gambling and some rare customers have spent in excess of $2000 and still did not get their money's worth. Also, CyberStep will proactively retaliate against customer that revokes payments by permanently blocking his/her account until the payment is let through again alongside a second payment of the same amount as an unlock penalty. Often this is a result of "failure of digital goods delivery" due to website faults and staff not willing to sort problems out. CyberStep has also one forum board that can literally be seen as "completely unmoderated" and there was once time where someone posted uncensored pornography and it took their staff several weeks to act and remove it. Because of this behaviour, the company has already walked itself into closing no less than four games: three in the US and one in the EU. I have been persistently trying to get in contact with someone in authority but got no reply whatsoever and no automatic confirmation of message delivery. I can only think that they are only interested in making as much money as possible and they don't care how out-of-pocket consumers become.
