We were not able to find Templars account. The only reason that Templar would have received charges from iFriends is if he, or someone else using his information, created an account with the iFriends service. Please call us at 561-656-0500 (not a toll-free call) or email us at help [at] ifriends.net so that we can locate the account and resolve the issue.
