cycle warehouse Bought a cycle flywheel off ebay, i emailed them about the condition, they said the magnets were fine on the item, bought it and got the item and found the item had no magnets at all, got junk sextonville, Wisconsin

I inquired about an item he had listed on ebay, sent an email requesting additional pics of other side of item and what were the condition of the magnets in the flywheel, he emailed back saying magnets were just fine but no additional pics because camera was "broken". well i took his word at the condition of item,bought it, got it a few days later and discovered the item was just junk, didn't even have any magnets in the flywheel, after he told me the magnets were fine,flat out was lied too. trying to get money refunded back through paypal,so far he has ignored all contact

 In the original ebay listing he only had one pic posted of the flywheel,the back side of it. thats why i requested additional pics of the otherside so i could see the magnets and the condition. after the item was purchased and shipped he went back to the listing and edited it, adding the pic of the front side of the flywheel minus the magnets.  he said in his email response magnets were fine but no pics because camera was "broken"  so the guy pulled a bait and switch on me when it came to the pics of the item. if i had seen the item in that condition, i wouldn't be here now because i would not have bought it, flat out worthless junk. 

As of now i filed a dispute with paypal against him but i doubt paypal/ebay will be of any help and will have to go after him by other means. So a word of warning to anyone looking to deal with this crook, don't waste your time or money on this outfit
