I have not proven this case yet but I'm waiting on a reply from paypal reguarding the matter. I believe this guy Imran Kareem owner of Cyclevin is pretending to want to purchase motorcycles on Craigslist and insists that the owner goes to Cyclevin.com (his company) to purchase a Vin report because it's cheaper than "carfax" before he decides to make the purchase. He then leads you down a dead end and decides not to purchase after sending you numerous excuses for two weeks that don't make any sense at all. he was also extremely abusive to me after I explained to him his report failed to mention the two recalls on the motorcycle a Kawasaki KLR 650.
