I am a young eighteen year old female eager to persue my dream career and college education, the only situation with that, well known to anyone living in Iowa, is that you must have a vehicle to get around. The nearest Walmart is fourty-five minutes away, or the nearest grocery store with decent food is in the next town over, your "local" bank isn't very local when it's 15 minutes away... So anyone who does much of anything needs a vehicle. July the third was the day I entered the car dealership, or should be known as the car rip off, Cyclone Car Credit... I had previously spoken with Israel, the manager, on the phone. Everything seemed normal, right? WRONG! I choose my car, I test drive it, I like it. Now comes time to fill out paperwork. Fast forward to signing of the paperwork I sign it and my co-signer(Justin) signs it and I drive off the lot with my brand new(kindof) car, the car that will get me to work and to school and back everyday for hopefully the next two years. I was sadly mistaken. Today is August 11th, I've had this vehicle shortly over a month. When I got my vehicle my father became deathly ill and I had to make a trip to visit him, I made it to my destination and now my brakes are shot, my brakes drums, pass and rotors are completely done and I'm a college student with no money to fix them. Now on top of my brakes taking a hiatus, I am now informed by my Co-signer(Justin) that last week this car dealership made him sign a paper putting the tags and registration into his name and taking mine off of it... Yes, think about that... I thought the same thing: What the f***?! So yeah, now the registration is in my co-signers name, the tags are in his name, and nobody from the dealership even bothered to call me and tell me? Oh hell no, I am NOT okay with that. My boss decided to take matters into his own hands and gave Mr. Luma a call. My boss (Reuben) had a "nice" long chat with Israel about why the car would be titles into my Co-signers name and not my own. He had an excuse: The state of Iowa requires that whomever the car gets registered to had to posses at least and Iowa state ID... Fine I can understand that, and so can Reuben... But why wasn't I, the loan holder, the woman in possession of the car, notified of this. So we asked, He had an excuse: Justin(the co-signer) was supposed to call me and inform me that this was happening, Justin supposedly told Israel that he had contacted me... But he didn't. I call bulls***, Justin should not be obligated to do Israels job. Now on to the brakes. Reuben asked Israel about the brakes and said to him that he should at least send the parts to fix the vehicle and add the price onto the note, the reason Reuben said this is because without a vehicle I cannot make the 35 minute commute to work and school every day. The response: Israel said that it wasn't his problem! Not his problem? Not his problem that his car, that he sold had faulty brakes? I think that is his problem. On the other hand don't you think he could have some compassion for a woman who is trying her hardest? The brakes on my car are dangerously low and I cannot continue my education, I cannot work to pay of my student loans and my car loans... I cannot do anything without a vehicle. We gave Mr. Israel and ultimatum... 1. You send the parts so I can continue to work so I can pay my car loan, that your company needs. 2. You spend 8,000 ( 6,005 more than the car is worth) to repossess it... He chose to say that it's my problem and that I shouldn't have bought a junk car if I didn't have the money to repair it. Well, Mr. Luma... I was under the impression that you were selling me a decent running car, not a LEMON! Thank you Cyclone for ruining my education and my career. Here is a big F*** YOU, to all of you.

First, if you would have established credit or didn't ruin existing credit, then YOU wouldn't have required a co-signer.  Second, it was YOU who apparently boughtthe car "AS IS" meaning no warranty and no free warrany service. Why not learn what kind of a deal YOU were getting into.

Finally, you'd do much better in life by getting rid of the filthy obscenites.  Language like that from a woman creates the impression of "cheap" in an instant.
